How soon will I receive my order?

At Filogina, each piece is carefully made to order.
This means we start creating your lingerie especially for you after your order is placed.

Orders are typically crafted within 5–7 business days.
Once ready, your order is shipped.

For orders within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after shipment.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How do I find my correct size?

Finding the perfect fit is easy.
Visit our Size Guide to see detailed measurements and fitting tips for each product.

If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders within the Netherlands, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6.95.

Shipping rates for destinations outside the Netherlands may vary. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for international orders. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and can differ per country.

Which payment method do you accept?

Currently, our webshop accepts payments via iDEAL and credit card.

What are the exceptions to return?

Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to gift cards and used products.

What if I receive a wrong or a defective item?

If there is an issue with your order, please report it within 7 days of receipt. The return shipping costs will be reimbursed, and the correct item will be sent to you as soon as possible, provided it is in stock.

When will my refund be processed?

Returns are generally processed on the day they are received. Depending on the payment method used, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account within five business days.
