Shipment & Returns

Delivery
All Filogina items are made to order in standard sizes. Production time is approximately 5–7 business days.
Once completed, your order will be shipped. Delivery within the Netherlands generally takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
In accordance with Dutch consumer law, delivery will in any event take place no later than 30 days after order confirmation, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers – EU)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Filogina of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example by email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract:
• We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
• Refunds will be made within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Filogina is not responsible for lost returns.

Condition of Returned Products

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
For hygiene reasons, sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. The lingerie may only be returned if:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and hygiene seals intact

Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage may be refused.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Digital content once performance has begun with prior consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
In accordance with Dutch consumer law, you are entitled to:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Or refund if repair/replacement is not possible or disproportionate

Return shipping costs for defective items will be reimbursed.

Refunds are processed within the legally required 14-day period as described above.
