Online Masterclasses – Filogina
Company Information
These Digital Content Terms apply to all online masterclasses and digital educational content offered by Filogina via the LearnWorlds platform.
Filogina is a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands.
Further company details (Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, business address) will be provided on our website once available.

Scope of Application
These terms apply exclusively to:
• Online masterclasses
• Digital courses
• Video trainings
• Downloadable materials
• Any other digital educational content
All digital content is delivered electronically via LearnWorlds.
These terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Nature of the Product
The masterclasses offered by Filogina constitute digital content not supplied on a tangible medium within the meaning of Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
Access is granted via a personal LearnWorlds account.
No physical product will be delivered.
Account and Access
To access the masterclasses, you must:
• Create or use a LearnWorlds account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials confidential
Access is strictly personal and non-transferable.
Sharing login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend access in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
Right of Withdrawal (Important)
Under EU consumer law, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However:
By purchasing and gaining immediate access to the masterclass, you:
1. Explicitly request immediate performance of the digital content; and
2. Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
Therefore:
Once access to the masterclass has been provided, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
This is in accordance with Article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed on our website and/or LearnWorlds sales page.
Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed before access is granted.
Access will only be activated after successful payment.
Intellectual Property
All masterclasses, videos, texts, materials, branding, and course content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Filogina.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal educational purposes only.
It is strictly prohibited to:
• Copy
• Record
• Distribute
• Share
• Resell
• Publish
• Modify
• Upload to third-party platforms
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
• A stable internet connection
• A compatible device
• Updated software/browser
Filogina is not liable for technical issues on the user’s side.
LearnWorlds operates as an independent platform provider. Temporary platform downtime does not entitle you to a refund.
No Guarantee of Results
Masterclasses are educational in nature.
Filogina does not guarantee specific results, income, business outcomes, or personal success.
Results depend on individual effort, experience, and circumstances.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific masterclass concerned.
We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of income
• Loss of profit
• Business interruption
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful under Dutch law.
Duration of Access
Access duration will be specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Access is granted for the period mentioned on the sales page.
Filogina reserves the right to update course content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access without refund if:
• These terms are violated
• Content is shared unlawfully
• Fraud or abuse is detected
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain applicable.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
